Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Aethus Turbo (turbo.aethus.co.uk), operated by Aethus Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Aethus Turbo is an automated marketing platform that helps businesses plan, create, schedule, and analyse social media content. Features include AI-powered content generation, multi-platform publishing, engagement analytics, and design tools.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One person or legal entity per account. Shared team access is managed through our multi-tenant system with assigned roles.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or import into Aethus Turbo (posts, images, strategies, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service — including sending it to connected social media platforms for publishing and to AI providers for content generation.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and the terms of the social media platforms you publish to.

5. Social media connections

When you connect a social media account, you authorise us to act on your behalf to publish content, fetch analytics, and manage posts through that platform’s API. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Integrations page.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or availability that may affect the service.

6. AI-generated content

Aethus Turbo uses artificial intelligence to suggest content ideas, draft copy, and generate design assets. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose.

If you enable auto-pilot mode, posts will be scheduled automatically based on AI-generated ideas. You remain responsible for all content published from your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Publish spam, misleading, or harmful content through the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or use the service in a way that degrades it for others

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep Aethus Turbo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned outages in advance.

9. Fees and payment

Access to Aethus Turbo may be subject to subscription fees. If applicable, pricing and billing terms will be communicated to you before any charges are made. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aethus Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue or data
• Failed or delayed social media posts
• Inaccurate AI-generated content
• Third-party platform outages or policy changes

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aethus Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual property

The Aethus Turbo platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Aethus Limited. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as intended.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
